S.W. Basics Shea Butter Cream & Lip Balm

Since I bought the A Beautiful World Winter Box I have been using these products almost everyday. I love every single product that was in the box and will definitely be re-purchasing some goodies soon!

S.W. Basics is a Brooklyn based natural and organic skincare brand. They focus on simple blends of whole, high-potency ingredients that actually work such as shea butter, coconut oil and cocoa butter. All of their products contain less than five ingredients which is so great to know, as I love knowing what it going on my skin!

Shea Butter Cream – This deeply moisturising cream is great for rough spots like knees, heels and elbows. It has been working a treat on my dry patches on my legs and hands and smells lush! The ingredients in this product are: organic wild-crafted shea butter, organic extra-virgin coconut oil and olive oil. How unbelievable is that!? It does make me wonder why so many products contain harsh chemicals and parabens when three simple ingredients do such a good job at nourishing my skin! This costs £26.00 for 3.75oz here.

Cocoa Lip Balm – I have been using this every single day since I got it! It has become my most loved lip balm ever. It smells divine and is made of beeswax, organic extra virgin coconut oil and organic cocoa butter. My lips are always so smooth even in this cold weather and I will definitely be taking this on holiday with me after Christmas. I really want to try the Cinnamon flavour too! You can buy them here.

A Beautiful World also have some lovely Christmas gift sets available containing S.W. Basics Cream, Cleanser & Toner for just £38 which would make a lovely present for someone you know (or yourself!). Plus they’re offering 10% off and free delivery up until Christmas with the code XMAS10.

Have you tried S.W. Basics? What did you think?

Nice product recommandation! As you say, it's nice to see products with a short ingredient list. I haven't tried S.W Basics, but the cocoa lip balm looks appealling. The cold is driving me crazy atm, so the more moisturizing, the better 🙂 x Liz

Lovely post, Amber. I haven't used either of these yet as I'm trying to finish a few bits up before I start on my unopened but I may just have to break the seals sooner after reading this! x
