I was recently contacted by Latest in Beauty to see if I wanted to receive the Mio Body Beautiful Discovery Box and it seemed like a great opportunity to help me get back into my fitness regime! I had been going to Bootcamp however the strain on my legs, knees & calves has just been terrible and I’ve had to stop going because the high impact was affecting my body too much. I’m joining the gym this week & this box has helped me get the motivation that I needed to kickstart my regime again!
The box is worth over an amazing £120.00 and you can get it here for just £16.95 plus P&P!
So…what’s inside the box?!
Mio Quickstart Shower Gel (200ml) – This SLS-free shower gel is filled with spearmint and caffeine to help kick-start your day! I haven’t tried this yet as I currently have a few already open in my shower so I’m saving it for gym-use only! It smells lovely though..
Sodium Cocoyl Isethionate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine, Sodium Lauroamphoacetate, Sodium Methyl Cocoyl Taurate, Sodium Lauryl Glucose Carboxylate, Lauryl Glucoside, Sodium Cocoyl Glutamate, Acrylates Copolymer, Cocamide Mea, Polyquaternium 7, Coco-Glucoside, Glyceryl Oleate, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Citrus Limon Peel Oil, Cupressus Sempervirens Leaf/Nut/Stem Oil, Lavandula Hybrida Oil, Cistus Ladaniferus Oil, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Glyceryl Caprylate, Glycerin, Mentha Viridis Leaf Oil, Sodium PCA, Polysorbate, D-Panthenol, Citrus Limon Peel Extract, Citrus Grandis Fruit Extract, Mentha Piperita Leaf Extract, Paullinia Cupana Seed Extract, Menthol, Hamamelis Virginiana Lea Extract, d-Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Eugenol
Mio The A Cream (150ml) – This is an active firming body cream with omegas, antioxidants and vitamins to help combat dryness and boost elasticity. It contains shea butter, coconut oil and almond oil to moisturise the skin as well as aloe vera, avocado oil and blueberry seed oil which is packed full of antioxidants to help strengthen the skin and Hyaluronic Acid to plump the skin and give the skin a dewy glow. I have used this a couple of times now and its a lovely lightweight cream that sinks into the skin well and it smells lovely. Will keep you updated on how this helps long-term.
“We’ve made all our Mio formulas even cleaner with our evolved No Nasties policy. The A Cream is totally free from parabens, petrolatum, synthetic fragrance and colourants, xenoestrogens, PEGs, glycols and pthalates.”
Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Juice, Aqua, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Cetearyl Alcohol, Cyclopentasiloxane, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Glycerin, Cocos Nucifera Oil, Prunus Amygdalus Dulcis Oil, Cetyl Alcohol, Squalane, Sodium Hyaluronate, Hydroxyethyl Acetate/Sodium Acryloyl Dimethyl Taurate Copolymer, Sodium PCA, Tocopherol, Caprylhydroxamic Acid, Glyceryl Caprylate, Sodium Stearoyl Glutamate, Persea Gratissima Oil, Methylpropanediol, Parfum, Limonene, Linalool, Citral, Citronellol, Evernia Furfuracea Extract, Persea Gratissima Oil, Vaccinium Corymbosum Seed Oil, Rubus Fructicosis Seed Oil, Hippophae Rhamnoides Oil, Sodium Ascorbyl Phosphate
Mio Fit Band – This is something I’ve never used before but some of the exercises that you can do with the band are printed on it which I think is super clever as it means you have everything you need. These can tighten your tummy and lift your booty to make you feel flexible, balanced and toned! Looking forward to giving this a go at home!
Mio Exfoliating Glove – I love using these gloves in the shower for an all over exfoliating job. It makes it so quick and easy and you don’t even need to use product if you don’t want to.
Mio Gym Bag – This is such a bright gym bag I love it! The motto on it is great too and very relevant to me…If not now, when? Okay okay….I’m going to join the gym soon!
Bodyism Body Brilliance (10g sachet) – At first I didn’t know what this was but after doing a little research I realised its a chocolate protein shake however its not your typical shake. Its vegan, gluten free and is filled with green tea and guarana which helps boost metabolism and encourage fat burning, has a blend of herbs & spices like cinnamon to keep blood sugar levels stable & fight off sugar cravings. It is packed with fibrous super greens which can help your body flush out toxins as well as anti-inflammatories like aloe vera, green tea & turmeric to help your body heal & repair.
The Chia Co Black Chia – I have never tried Chia seeds before but I did know how good they were for you. Lucky for me, Katie (Vibes) wrote a post “5 Ways with Chia Seeds” all about how to use Chia seeds after I received this box so I’m looking forward to using them in my porridge! If you’re not sure how you can eat them read Katie’s post, its really helpful!
Along with all the goodies in the box you get a Nuffield Health Fitness & Wellbeing 3 Day Gym Pass for you & a friend which is great as well as a Champneys Health Spa Exclusive Mio Treatment Voucher where you can enjoy a 55 minute Mio treatment for just £39 instead of £65 which is an amazing saving! My nearest Champneys is St Albans I think which is about an hour from where I live so I’ll be making a special day trip there I think!
There is also a 10% off Mio Skincare voucher included too if you want to stock up on more!
