We are almost at the end of Organic September…wow it’s been pretty tough but I’m almost there! I was stuck for ideas and I thought I’d share with you my favourite Soil Association certified products!
Green People Body Butter – Ahh I love this jar of luxury! It contains rosehip, pomegranate and coconut to make the more nourishing and moisturising balm I’ve ever tried. It is perfect for all over your body, it moisturises dry heels and I even use it when Paul gives me a massage (he’s a physiotherapist, get in!) and my skin is left feeling soft, nourished and glowing. It is lasting me a really long time too, I can’t wait for Winter weather where I can slather this all over my body & curl up in my dressing gown! Read my full review here.
Neal’s Yard Remedies Argan Oil – I only recently got this in the Organic Beauty Week Event goody bag but I’ve really been liking it. You can use it on your hair as a shine-treatment and also as a moisturiser for skin and nails. I featured this in my “Multi-Purpose Products” post yesterday!
Therapi Honey Skincare Lemon Myrtle Toner – Only a recent addition to my stash but a great one none-the-less. This particular scent is suitable for oily skin however there is a Rose Toner and an Orange Blossom toner depending on your skin type. The Lemon Myrtle one is 99% organic and full of great ingredients like witch hazel, grapefruit oil, peppermint oil and rose flower water. Read my review of the Therapi collection here.
Pai Rose & Camellia Gentle Hydrating Cleanser – When I first tried this I wasn’t “wowed” however I started using less and I found it much better. It is a really nice cleanser for taking off make-up as my “first” cleanse and then I use a cleanser that’s more targeted to my oily/combo skin for my second cleanse. You can read my full review here. I’m really happy that I received a full size bottle in my goody bag from the Organic Beauty Week Event at Whole Foods as I’ve grown to really like it.
Lyonsleaf Beauty Balm is one of my favourite cleansers. It isn’t SA certified but it is 95% organic and 100% natural as they don’t use water in their balms meaning there is no need for synthetic preservatives. Everyone should try this….seriously.
What organic products could you not live without?
