Now that the weather is getting colder, I’m reaching for a few products and items here and there that help me feel that little bit warmer.
I always have to have a new pair of boots in Autumn as I think they’re an essential to keep warm. I recently picked up these Orinoco Boots* from Clarks and they are the comfiest boots I think I’ve ever owned, they keep my feet so warm and I’ve been wearing them pretty much everyday since I got them! They have a really nice strap detail with a buckle on the outside. The great thing about Clarks is yes, they might be on the expensive side however they’re really well made so you’re less likely to be buying another pair in a few months & wasting materials. And they’re even on sale at the minute…reduced from £80 to £65!
Muffin even came to help with the photoshoot…little cutie!
The scarf in the photo’s above is my favourite for this time of year. It reminds of the Louis Vuitton print (I’m a sucker for designer…oops!) and is soooo warm. I wrap it round me when I’m at home and I even wear it at work as I’m pretty much always cold! I got it from River Island last year and it isn’t the most well-made scarf as a few of the strands come loose but it’s so warm and big, I don’t care!
A body oil that I am loving at the minute is the Marble & Milkweed Nourishing Body Oil. It smells absolutely divine and makes me feel so warm and cosy. I love putting it on and then getting all snuggled up in my PJ’s and my dressing gown. I just bought a new one from Next (well…my Mum bought it for me hehe!) and it’s literally the softest thing in the world. It’s black and has a gorgeous white floral design on it. Once I put it on….I’m not taking it off for anything!
The last thing that I’ve been reaching for is my MU London White Chocolate Cream which I put on my feet before bed and then I put my socks on over the top so in the morning I wake up with warm & soft tootsies! The only thing I need now is a nice pair of slippers! Anyone know where I can get a decent pair…eco/organic cotton preferably?!
What do you reach for in the colder months?
*I was given vouchers to buy a pair of shoes from Clarks. All opinions are my own and are 100% honest.
