Gressa Lip Boost Aux Rouge | Review

Last year Petit Vour launched a Limited Edition Holiday Box and it was such good value for money I paid the $15 shipping and was really impressed when it arrived (minus the wrong details about the full-sized products!) Included in the box was a full-size Gressa Lip Boost in the shade Aux Rouge which was one of the products that persuaded me the most to buy the box.

Gressa’s Lip Boosts are natural and organic and they come in six different shades. They claim to be “light, non sticky and moisturizing” and “they feel like a balm but look like a gloss”. After trying this, I really want to try some more of Gressa’s natural and organic makeup.

This shade is a deep, true red on my lips. I wore it on Christmas Day last year and this post is so over-due. I recently went to a family party and some photos popped up on Facebook which reminded me to do a post on it! It leaves a lovely stain on my lips after the sheen has worn off which is lovely and it has great staying power. I’ve barely used any since last year as you only need a small amount as it’s so pigmented. It can be a little drying, so I only apply if my lips are in good condition and hydrated but it’s such a gorgeous shade!

Please ignore that I’ve cropped the photo (my rather drunk Daddy was pulling a face!) and that I’d had a drink or two as well…

This photo was taken with the flash on so it’s slightly more shiny than in natural light.
